Registration/ Cancellation/ Transfer/ Substitution Policy
Registrations within 30 days of any event shall be paid in full. Registrations for events beyond 30 days must be accompanied by a reservation fee of$150 for each event, with the remaining fees due 30 days prior to the event. Credit card transactions will automatically be billed at this time.
Any transfer, substitution, cancellation or credit request must be received by Red Shift’s office at least 14 days prior to the event. Notice of less than 14 days prior to the event may result in the forfeiture of the $150 reservation fee.
Should you fail tech inspection or should you be unable to complete your day due to mechanical or other problems all your monies will be forfeited.
