  Rob Allen
Rob has been riding for a few decades and he has worked with us for many years. Rob is a super conscientious novice (C) and B group instructor. He is our head tech inspector so you will meet Rob first thing in the morning. If you have any questions this gentleman can certainly answer them for you!!!
  Dan Argano
Dan has worked with us since 1992 and has worked in all capacities at the track! He is our head novice (C) group instructor. Dan has been in the motorcycle industry in one capacity or another (competing, selling, repairing, administrating, etc.) all of his life. He is currently the AMA Race Manager. You might meet him at sign-in or at orientation unless he is off working with the AMA. You will want to tap into some of Dan's knowledge, his experience is extensive and phenomenal!!!
Lauren Caputo
Lauren is a novice (C) group classroom and on track instructor who also instructs in the other groups. He has been with Red Shift since 2005. He has been riding for over 20 years and track riding for 15 of those years. When he is not on track he is a Motorcycle Officer for the Police Department, but he leaves his ticket book at home and instead brings a wealth of expertise to the classroom and the racetrack. He is a super instructor!!!
Gabe Ciochon
Gabe has been riding with us for over 15 years. He knows our program inside and out. Gabe joined our staff in 2009 and is a talented and capable instructor. Gabe is a commercial pilot so when he is not at the track he's still flying around!!!
Jim Doyle
Jim managed and trained Randy Mamola and one of the all time greats, Kenny Roberts Sr.! He has instructed and organized track days at the famed Assen Raceway. Jim has been with us for over a dozen years. He is currently the "man in charge" of organizing the charitable event "Uncorked" at Laguna Seca Raceway. Jim is a wealth of information!!!
  Steve Engelbrecht
Former AFM Champ. He's a "fast guy" that works mainly in the A group. He has done road testing for on line magazines. He is a great rider. You will want to sign up for some free one-on-one instruction with this gentleman!!!
  John Francis
John has been an instructor with us for many years. He instructs in all groups and is a great novice (C) group instructor. He is extremely safety conscious with the ability to show you safe and efficient riding strategies. John and his 12 year old daughter currently hold the number one plate in their respective classes in the MCMA series!!!
  Gary Jaehne
Gary holds several AFM Championships and is still going strong in the AFM. Enthusiastic is an understatement for this gentleman's love of riding. He has been instructing with us for over a dozen years. Gary is a "fast guy", and he instructs exclusively in the A and B groups but if you are a C group rider he can still help you out. Gary is the author of "Sportbiking The Real World" & "Sportbiking The Real World 2". You can find his books at Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, and others. You may even be able to pick up his books at your local motorcycle shop!!!
    Jeffrey Lee
Jeffrey contributes his efforts in all phases of the track day (school). He is invaluable in furthering our efforts in the running of a smooth and enjoyable day. Need help? Jeffrey is there!!!
  Tom Montano
Tom has had the distinction of being the fastest American on the Isle of Man and recipient of the coveted "Silver Replica". He is a past AFM Champion and National Champ. He is an extremely accomplished (google him- there is not enough space for him here) and talented instructor and has been working with us for over a dozen years. You'll want to tap into his expertise!!!
Chuck Sorensen
Here is another one that you are going to have to Google. Chuck is a three time National Champion. Chuck has been with us since 1996 so not only is he a great racer but a very experienced and talented instructor!!!
    Tony Zabala
Tony manages grid so you'll see a lot of him. When he is not at grid he is instructing in the B and C groups.
    John Huss
John works grid. He is an ex pro football player, scout, and high school football coach. All great over qualifications for running a smooth operation at grid!!!
